So, having just read over my website so far, I want to write a post that addresses my bias. I am providing lots of information that supports natural birth, but I want to be very clear...
I want women to have empowering births, whatever that means for them. I would never suggest there was only one way for this occur. What matters is happy, healthy mothers and babies, however it is they arrive at that point
So yes, my site has a bias, because of my experience, and because I want to present real information, collected from scientific studies, about the concerns surrounding some medical interventions. That is only my opinion though, based on my whole life in context. I also have friends that are labor and delivery nurses and have chosen, being well informed, that they want an epidural during labor.
I want to emphasize, then, that I have a bias and an opinion, but that I am not suggesting it is the same opinion that anyone else should adopt Knowledge is power, so explore this, and every, issue from all sides, so that you can find your own truth
